"EAKULU" A Disney-type show with a dark twist of reality. Set in an exotic, electrifying, mystical, magical paradise full of thrills, chills, spills and complete audience participation. Action choreography, acrobatics and illusions surrounds this Rocking Reggae Rock Opera. Surrounded and protected by "The People of The Forest" EAKULU a Shaman befriends MARUMBA a gargantuan Rasta talking tree. EAKULU begins his VISION QUEST with the help and guidance of MOTHER NATURE. An Aretha Franklin type that takes no lip or prisoners. REVEREND RIBBIT adds color and comedy relief. The evil forces of SHADOWLAND surround THE LAST RAINFOREST. EAKULU and his "creatures of the forest"are swept away to a land of "Greed and Deception". Soon we are transported to "The Carbon Dioxide Club". where the breathing is easy and the danger is delicious. Only we the people (Green soldiers) can save MARUMBA and "The creatures of the Forest" with a little help from one bad Mother Nature. Originally produced as a live show at The Eldorado Casino Theatre in Reno Nevada. This concept is currently in development by Touche International and is a work in progress as a Graphic Novel, game and touring production complete with merchandising and a reality show.
